Debbie
SALON OWNER
Debbie is a very passionate hair stylist who loves to create, inspire and teach others the principles of hairdressing.
Debbie's highly experienced background working with Nicky Clarke, and as a session stylist in the fashion world, gained her the skills and knowledge to successfully build Avalon to what it is today.
Opening back in 2006, Debbie’s advanced abilities in the hair craft were recognised and she was consistently recommended, providing her the well-established clientele she has today. Debbie is professionally skilled in all aspects of hair styling - capable of delivering creative and commercial styles.
She was first drawn to hairdressing back in 2000 for its artistic expression, ability to influence a client’s social life, and shape part of their personality which she felt, and still finds incredibly rewarding.
With further training and upskilling with award winning Wella and Davines, she constantly keeps herself and her team up to date with the latest trends to suit all.
Michelle
SALON MANAGER
Over the years she has worked at Sydney Fashion Weeks and created amazing work for various editorial shoots.
Jasmine
Senior Director
Originally from Rome, Jasmine has over 10 years of experience working in high-end salons in both Rome and London and joined the Avalon team in 2022.
Jasmine has vast experience in various cutting and colour techniques.While working at the worlds capital of fashion in catwalks and photoshoots she incorporates this knowledge in to her styling work today.Jasmine's experience is evident in her personable client service and attention to detail in her hairdressing.
Dan
Director
Joining the Avalon team in 2023, Dan arrived with a vast amount of experience from various salons in and around London.
He started his career at Beverly Cobella, High Street Kensington
where he went under intense training.
He spent the next 10 years gaining a mass of experience from Aveda salons in Chelsea and Holborn, collecting many qualifications from various professional bodies such as
Tony & Guy, L'Oréal and Wella.
All of which have moulded and created the well accomplished stylist that we are so pleased to have as part of our Avalon team.
Morgan
Senior Stylist
Morgan is our lovely Senior Stylist. She has been at the Avalon salon since 2019 where she joined as a trainee hairdresser. She has worked and studied very hard and is now at a well deserved Senior Stylist level.
Morgan's passion for hairdressing is evident; she listens carefully to the clients wants and needs. Takes her time to make each client feel comfortable but is also honest about what is suitable for each person. She takes her work very seriously and finds her inspiration from all areas of art, beauty and fashion.
Demi
Trainee
Demi joined us in September 2022 as a Saturday girl. She decided that hairdressing was her passion so we offered her an apprenticeship position at Avalon.
She’s hungry and enthusiastic to learn all aspects of the hairdressing industry, has lots of questions, and keeps the rest of us on our toes!
She loves learning new techniques, styling tips and ideas and various colour mixes to create new shades.
Vanessa
Acupuncturist
Vanessa is our Acupuncturist who graduated with a 1st from City College of Acupuncture after a career in the City.
She specialises in anxiety, female health for menstrual problems, fertility, peri/menopause and sports injuries.
She is dedicated to helping people experience optimal health and well-being.
Amber
Massage Therapist
Amber is an experienced massage therapist qualified in Sports and Remedial and Holistic massage.
She trained at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and for the last 6 years has worked full time in massage, helping thousands of clients. Both in holistic, relaxing luxury treatments at Bristols famous Lido and also sports massage therapy treating and managing injuries.
After moving to London in 2019 she set up her own practice in Crouch End following the pandemic and loves working from the Avalon Salon alongside so many other passionate professionals.
Amber is a keen gym goer, she enjoys weight lifting and thinks that movement is essential for a healthy body.
She enjoys working with clients to relieve pain, free constricted areas and improve range of movement while encouraging them to switch off and relax. Making most of her wealth of experience in both Holistic and Sports massage.
Angela.
Beautician
With over 10 years experience, Angela is a highly talented therapist whom specialises in Waxing, Pedicure, Manicure, Facials, Massages, Fat Disolving, PRP, Ear Pierceing, B12 Injection and Microdermabration.
She is dedicated to providing all of our clients with a professional outstanding service.
